Lawrence is a real combo-forward who can play equally inside/outside. Capable of playing at the high and low post (facing and back to the basket), as well as on the perimeter. Very mobile player. Active rebounder at both ends of the floor. Uses his speed and quickness very well and is a good leaper. Has a nose for the ball and has excellent hands. Good feeling for positioning himself on the floor. Runs the floor extremely well, has nice athletic ability and good work ethic. Has good lateral footspeed in defense. Likes to post up and to beat his opponents by using his quickness. Has range to about 20 feet on his shot. Needs to improve his left hand but has good (ballhandling) skills and fundamentals overall. Is a very good (interior) passer. has an excellent feeling and understanding for the game. Efficient player! Has a good attitude and is extremely coachable. Was an All Conference performer in the Colonial Athletic Association and was the second leading rebounder overall in the conference (CAA). Became a Dutch All Star in his first season overseas. Played both forward spots at Woon!Aris/Leeuwarden and showed his versatile way of play on the offensive side of the floor. In his 2nd season for Aris Friesland/Leeuwarden he became the "victim" till a certain extend of the chemistry of the team, playing with scoring guards and was sacrificing himself for the team. Participated in our camp 2007 and signed with Prague for the 2008-2009 season where he did a good job.
