Sowell averaged 12.7 points and 10.4 rebounds per game as a senior; it was the second time he averaged a double-double in a season (as a sophomore at St. Peter's he averaged 11.6 ppg and 10.2 rpg). One of the top all-time players in his school's history, Todd scored over 1200 points in his collegiate career (1210 pts; #15 all-time scoring in school history), and #2 in St. Peter's school history in rebounding (976), while being the school's all-time leader in blocked shots with 198. Had 40 double-double (double digit points and rebounds) games in his St. Peter's career (including 16 double-double games as a senior). Sowell possesses exceptional hands and finishes around the basket. He has post moves and also passes well for a big man. He can also face-up and knock down the mid-range (15-foot) shot. He's a presence in the key and will play physical. Todd also has a knack for blocking shots, averaging over two blocks per game in his last two seasons at St. Peter's.
