| Clevin Hannah is a scoring point guard, who is a serious shooting threat, but also possesses the ability to create for his teammates and make his teammates better. Hannah was named one of the top five players in the Missouri Valley Conference (MVC) this season, when he was honored as All-MVC, first team, leading Wichita State to a 25-10 record and a second place finish in the highly competitive Valley. Hannah, a 5'11, 165-pounder, led the Shockers in scoring (12 points per game) and assists (4.7 per game), respetively. He was twice named Missouri Valley Conference Player of the Week, this past season. He also led Wichita State in 3-point shooting percentage, shooting 42.5%. In his two seasons at Wichita, Hannah made 128 treys, shooting 41.4% for his NCAA career. He's an excellent free throw shooter, ranked among the best in the country, while shooting 90.4% from the charity stripe. Clevin had the longest consecutive streak of made free throws this season in the country, with a run of 43 makes-in-a-row. His high game as a Shocker was 26 points, accomplished in both his junior (Southern Illinios) and senior (Indiana State) seasons, respectively. Hannah knows how to take care of the ball and run a team. Has good decision making evidenced by his assists-to-turnover ratio of over 2, in each of his Wichita State seasons. |
