| Trotter heading to Szolnok

.. finished an outstanding 2009-'10 season in Finland where he was named Guard of the Year, has inked a contract for the upcoming 2010-'11 season with Szolnok in Hungary. This past season, the former graduate of Alabama A&M (2006) was just one game shy from winning the Finnish championship with ToPo Helsinki. At Szolnok he will also participate in the Eurochallenge qualifications and will hopefully be able to lead the team to the groupstage. The "Globe-Trotter" has so far spent time overseas in Germany with Giessen for two years, and in Brest in France before last year joining ToPo where he averaged 19.7ppg, 5.6rpg, 3.7apg and 2.8spg in 55 games. Obie is expected to arrive in Hungary in appr. 10 days from now to meet up with his new coach and teammates to start pre-season.
